How do I download my designs?
After you have completed your order, you should receive an order confirmation from email@example.com which has a link to your ordered files.
Alternatively, you can download your files by logging into your account, clicking on your order and then clicking on the pink down arrow - this will bring up a list of your files to download.
Can I sell the projects I make using your designs?
Absolutely! Anything that you make can be sold!
The only thing we do not allow is resale of the digital files, whether in part or in full. If you have any questions regarding this, please get in touch through the ‘Contact Us’ page on our site.
Why am I not receiving your newsletter?
There can be a number of reasons, the most common are:
- The confirmation email has gone into your spam/junk folder – if it has, please mark our email address as a safe sender/never block/not spam (depending on your email client). This will ensure you receive our newsletter with the latest designs, projects, freebies and coupons!
- You have spelled your email address incorrectly – try signing up again (don’t worry, this doesn’t mean you’ll get two newsletters each time we send one)
- If you are still having issues, please use the ‘Contact Us’ form and we will try to work through it with you – Alternatively, message us through our Facebook page
What are BX font files and how do I use them?
We have been granted a license from Embrilliance to publish BX fonts - but what are they?
BX font files are a complete alphabet which has been mapped to your keyboard, one file for each size – No more moving each letter into place simply type out your design!
You can use BX fonts by downloading the free software -Embrilliance Express as well as Babylock Designer's Gallery EmbroideryWorks, once installed, double click on your BX font file and it will load into Embrilliance – You are now ready to type out your design!
Why can’t I open my download on my machine?
Our files are compressed in .zip format to reduce download times and our server space, you will have to unpack or unzip the download before you can see your required format (right click on the file and select extract, unzip or unpack – depending on your computer and installed programs)
